Gabriel García Marquez was born in Colombia,  Aracataca Magdalena  on march 6 of 1.927 he is a novelist short-story writer, screenwriter and journalist, he is know by his friends as Gabo. In 1960 he write one hundred years of solitude, between 1965 and 1967  publish it in buenos Aires Argentina,  he become the principal exponent of magic realism and in 1982 he win a novel Prize in literature, he become a very important writter in the world his novels, short stories are considered jewels of literature, he die in mexico city on april 17 of 2017, after suffering for several years a lymphatic cáncer at the age of 87 years.

Daily Routine of Gabriel García Márquez

Gabriel García Márquez has a rigorous daily work routine. He wakes up early in the morning from Monday to Friday and he takes his daily shower. Then, He walks near his house. After, Gabriel has breakfast with his wife and he loves to drink coffee at breakfast too. Immediately, he sits to write novels and stories in front of his computer to start at 9 o’clock in the morning. He searches a lot about real texts in fiction during his work day. Then, he stops to write to have lunch for a moment. Next, he continues writing until the afternoon. After, Gabriel rests for a while at the end of the afternoon. Finally, he calls his writer friends like Álvaro Mutis and Carlos Fuentes and journalists friends in the night.

At the Nobel Prize for Literature Gabriel García Márquez what he did not like about his professional field was harassment of the press or the journalist when he wanted to inquire about his private life, he limited himself to receiving interviews and it did not serve to preserve it since he is also a journalist and knew that everyone wanted a scoop . On the other hand, he likes the music of his shakira compatriot because according to him, he has a personal stamp and an innocent sensuality. Likewise, he likes yellow flowers, so he needs a yellow flower on his desk to work, because he is very superstitious.He also thinks that snails, peacocks and plastic flowers give bad luck, so he does not like having any of these close by.

Gabriel García Marquez lives in a beautiful house in mexico, this house has a large door and a beautiful natural decoration at the entrance, Garcia Marquez loves to be in his private library, here he has a sofa, his favorite books and a view to the garden where he has some flowers of his favorite color. in this library he has a desk where he writes and reads his novels. He has a large room, with a large wooden bed. He lives in a mansion.
