Gabriel García Márquez has a rigorous daily work routine.
He wakes up early in the morning from Monday
to Friday and he takes his daily shower. Then, He walks near his house. After,
Gabriel has breakfast with his wife and he loves to drink coffee at breakfast
too. Immediately, he sits to write novels and stories in front of his computer to
start at 9 o’clock in the morning. He searches a lot about real texts in fiction during his
work day. Then, he stops to
write to have lunch for a moment. Next, he continues writing until the afternoon.
After, Gabriel rests for a while at the end of the afternoon. Finally, he calls
his writer friends like Álvaro Mutis and Carlos Fuentes and journalists friends
in the night.
